Souter Bros. was founded by two brothers, Daniel and Stuey, who bring a personal touch to every stage of the coffee journey. They source high-quality, ethically grown beans — with a strong focus on a family friend’s farm in the Sul de Minas region of Brazil — and hand-roast them in small batches at their London roastery. This direct, transparent supply chain ensures freshness, sustainability, and outstanding quality in every cup.
